Fall Festival will be held at the Detroit Zoo on Saturday and Sunday, October 2 and 3. The event will feature live entertainment, delicious fall-inspired food and beverages (available for purchase) and a children’s activity area. Other attractions include hayrides and pumpkin painting. The cost of a hayride is $2 per adult and $1 per child (ages 2-14). Children under 2 ride free.

The children’s area will feature a number of exciting activities, including arts and crafts, giant inflatable slides, a straw maze, face painting and much more. The cost for the children’s activity area is $5 per child, payable at the event, and includes a mini pumpkin for each child to paint and take home.

Entrance into the Fall Festival is free with regular Zoo admission. All activities will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
