We are accepting applications for smiling, energetic, friendly, enthusiastic people to work flexible
schedules for the following summer positions:
• Cashiers
• Sales Representatives
• Guest Relations Assistants
• Ride Assistants
• Park Safety Officers (Security)
• Summer Safari Camp Teachers and Aides
• Concessions
and Retail*
• Groundskeepers*
• Custodial*
* (Concession, Retail, and many Grounds keeping and Custodial positions are
employed by Service Systems Associates, a concessionaire that provides services to the Detroit Zoo.)
You must be at least 16 years old by
your start date.
Pay rates and job/age requirements vary by position.
You must be available for work on weekends, evenings and
holidays.
