Memory Walk 2007 - Alzheimers Association

Saturday, August 25 2007, 7:30am - 12:00pm

Memory Walk is the nation's premier fundraiser to help those battling Alzheimer's disease. Since 1989, Memory Walk has raised more than $149 million for programs and services for individuals with Alzheimer's, their families, and caregivers. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research and to enhance quality care and support for individuals, their families and care partners. Millions of men, women and children will participate as walkers, volunteers and sponsors this year! Participants walk as individuals or as part of a team. Walkers ask friends, family, business associates and others to sponsor them by making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association. Others volunteer their time to register walkers, staff rest stops and offer refreshments. For more information please call, (248) 351-0280 The website is: www.alzgmc.kintera.org
