Convenience Rentals:
Single Strollers: $7 (plus $1 deposit)

Electric Convenience Vehicles: $25 (valid driver's license required as deposit - reservations NOT accepted.)
EdZOOcation Field Trip Programs:
Field Trip Experience: $2 per person, not including admission.

Guided Docent Tours: $2 per person, not including admission.
Guided walking tours on the topic of your choice are available September-April for students, scout troops and other groups.
Tram Tours:
Narrated tram tours are available for private and corporate groups of 10 or more. Tours must be booked in advance through our Events department. Please call our Events Manager at (248) 541-5717 ext. 3305 for more information.
Picnic Site Rental:
A reserved grassy area in the park with picnic tables: $100.00
Tented sites for a catered event are available at an additional charge.

GROUP ADMISSION RATES
Call (248) 541-5717 ext. 3750 to make a group reservation, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To receive Group Admission rates, a reservation must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance and the group must enter together, with one (1) person paying for the entire group.

School Group Rates (Nursery/Pre-school - College)
Groups receiving School Group admission rates must provide one adult (18+ years old) chaperone per ten (10) students, and chaperones must stay with students at all times regardless of age. Students found without a chaperone will be held in the Security Office.

Group Reservations are not available on Sundays, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. The Detroit Zoo is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.
