Arctic Ring of Life - Includes pathway from entrance to Nunavut Gallery, Polar Passage, Ice Cave and Exploration Station and pathway to exit

Available: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.  April 15 – October 15

Capacity: 60 for seated dinner in the Nunavut Gallery without dance floor, 50 for seated dinner with small dance floor, 150 for cocktail reception using Nunavut Gallery, Polar Passage and Ice Cave, or up to 600+ for cocktail reception using the entire indoor/outdoor exhibit areas. Fee does not include tables and chairs.

Two-hour morning rental $1,200*
Four-hour evening rental $3,200 *– entire exhibit
Four-hour evening rental $2,700 *– Nunavut Gallery, Polar Passage Ice Cave and Exploration Station 

*Includes two trams to transport guests to and from the Arctic Ring of Life 

National Amphibian Conservation Center (NACC)

Capacity: 60 for a seated dinner and 100 for cocktail reception
$800 for minimum rental of two hours
$250 for each additional hour

The NACC fee includes a small theatre, rainforest immersion gallery and unique amphibian exhibits.

Rental times:

Summer season:
7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Winter season:
7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
