Wild Adventure Ride
Come and experience the country's first zoo-based virtual reality voyage ~ the Wild Adventure Ride ~ located inside the Ford Education Center at the Detroit Zoo! The Ride is an educational, action-packed thrill ride which offers a unique you-are-there experience from the comfort of a specially equipped, motion-simulated, big-screen theater seat! The ride holds 30 passengers at a time, and can expedite small or large groups efficiently.
The movement, the sounds and the visuals are captivating! It blends theater and technology into a unique educational-entertainment mix that appeals to audiences of all ages!

The Wild Adventure Ride experience may NOT be suitable for everyone. Please contact the Ride staff if you have any questions or concerns as some shows may contain extreme motions and graphics which may be considered too much for younger children and some guests. Weather, age and 36" height restrictions may apply.
SHOW TIMES
The Wild Adventure Ride is open during regular Zoo hours. Please allow at least 15 minutes (per showing) for the ride experience. Contact Wild Adventure Ride ticket locations for available shows and times as they can vary daily.
PRICES & SPECIALS
Ride Tickets are $3 each for adults and children of all ages. Special rates may be available for corporate events and groups booked in advance. More details available at Wild Adventure Ride ticket locations.
