Suggest a Theme:
We want you to suggest some future themes for ZooView. For each ZooView contest, we try to come up with a broad and somewhat abstract theme that is challenging as well as open to interpretation. Remember, the theme is more than just a vehicle to get our members’ creative juices flowing – it’s also taken into consideration when selecting finalists and judging the winners. Contestants can enter very creative, well composed photos, but if they don’t follow the theme, they won’t be selected as finalists.

Past themes have included Warmth, Water, Youth, Contrast,  Light, Action!, Color, White, Stripes and Changes.

To suggest a theme, just email your idea to photos@detroitzoo.org. Please use “Zoo View Theme Suggestion” as the subject of your email.
