Trimeresurus mcgregori
This medium-sized snake comes in a wide variety of colors, from lemon yellow to silver to brown. Although venomous, this species reportedly accounts for very few snakebites on humans. It is primarily an arboreal (tree- and bush-dwelling) species, and includes small birds in its otherwise mammalian and lizard diet. It lays eggs, which it may wrap around for protection until the eggs begin to hatch.
